View current supervision level and history of assigned levels

Follow these steps to view the supervision levels that have been assigned to a case, including the overrides.

1. In the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

2. Select the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click the Delinquency Information link in the link area. The Delinquency Information screen screen appears.

4. Click the Supervision level link for the youth in the case. The Supervision Level History screen appears.  

5. Click the select link for the record you want to view. The Supervision Level Details screen appears.

6. If an override has been applied, click View Override. The Override Supervision Level screen appears.

7. Click Close to return to the Supervision Level Details screen.

8. Click Close to return to the Supervision Level History screen.
