Person Profile - Background

This screen allows the capture of a person’s criminal history if one exists. To record a person’s criminal history, select ‘Yes’ in response to “Does the Person have a Criminal History”. This will enable the Add Criminal History button.

Click the Add Criminal History button to access the Criminal History Details screen.

Fields on this screen

Does the Person have a Criminal History?	Select the answer to this question, after you have conducted your background research.
The following fields are display only. They derive information entered on the criminal background details page.
Offense	Displays the description of the offense(s) associated with the person .
City	Displays the name of the city in which the offense occurred.
State	Displays the State in which the offense occurred.
Conviction Date	Displays the date the person was convicted of the offense.
Sentence	Displays the sentence the person received for the offense.
