Select the type of income.

Employer

Select the name of the employer.

Payee

If a different person  receives the income on behalf of the case person, enter the name of the other person.

From

Enter the date when the person started working for the employer.

To

Enter the date when the person stopped this employment.

Financial Reference Number

Gross Wage/Amount

Enter the amount of gross wages the person receives at each income payment.

Frequency

Select the frequency at which the person receives the gross wage amount.

Hours Worked

Enter the number of hours the person worked during the period noted in the Frequency field. This field is required when Wages or Salary appears  in the Type  field.

Description

Enter a description of the type of income.

Created In Error

Check this box if the record was created in error. The system will not use this record in eligibility calculations.

An invalidated record cannot be updated. Clear the check mark to return the record to valid status.

Reason

Enter a reason for invalidating the record or for returning it to valid status. You can enter up to 400 characters.
