Record a financial profile

While you are recording the details for a work item, such as an intake, case, or resource, you can add a person to the system and record the person's financial profile.

The financial profile includes the income, expense, resource and employment information of a person who is a member of a case.  The system requires income and resource information to determine a child's IV-E eligibility. See Financial profiles.

Process Overview

Follow these steps to record a financial profile.

  1. Click the search header link to find the existing person record for the person.

  2. In the Person Overview screen, click the Financial link. The Financial Profile screen Employment/Insurance tab appears. Click the link in step 4 or click Next Task> below to continue.

  3. Record a person's employment and insurance.

  4. Record a person's income.

  5. Record a person's expenses.

  6. Record a person's other financial resources.
