Record a person's other financial resources

Process: Record a financial profile  

The financial record includes the person's financial resources. Enter a separate record for each resource if the person has more than one financial resource.

Record a resource record as follows:

  1. Click the Resources tab. The Resource History screen appears.  

  2. To add a new income record, select the type in the Type field and click Add Resource.

  3. For vehicles, complete the Vehicles Resource Details screen .

    1. Complete the required fields:

      Make
        
      Model
        
      Year
        
      Value
        
      Effective Month/Year
        

    2. Complete other fields as necessary.

    3. Click Save. You are returned to the Resource History screen.

  4. For life insurance policies, complete the Life Insurance Record screen.

    1. Complete the required fields:

      Name of Company
        
      Effective Month/Year
        
      Policy Number
        
      Policy Value
        
      Cash Surrender Value
        

    2. Complete other fields as necessary.

    3. Click Save. You are returned to the Resource History screen.

  5. For other types of financial resources, complete the Resource Details screen .

      Value

    2. Complete other fields as necessary.

    3. Click Save. You are returned to the Resource History screen.
