Record immunizations

Process: Record a health profile

The health profile includes the immunizations the child has received, or the reason why a child will not be immunized.

Record immunizations as follows:

1. Click the Immunization tab. The Immunizations screen appears.

2. If the child has received any immunizations, click Add Immunization. The Immunization Information screen appears.

3. In the Immunization field, select the type of immunization the child received.

4. Complete the Date and Dose Number fields if you have those details for the immunization.

5. Click Save. You are turned to the Immunizations screen. The immunization record you added is listed on this screen.

6. Click Next Task> below to continue.
