Record a health profile

While you are recording the details for a work item, such as an intake, case, or resource, you can add a person to the system and record the person's health profile.

A health profile includes information about the health care of a child in DCS custody. The profile captures information about the child's health care provider, any kind of medical treatments, immunizations, and other details. See Health profiles.

Process Overview

Follow these steps to record a health profile.

1. Click the search header link to find the existing person record for the child.

2. In the Person Overview screen, click the Health link. The Health Profile screen Health Services tab appears. Click the link in step 4 or click Next Task> below to continue.  

3. Record health services.

4. Record an appointment for health service needs.

5. Record medications.

6. Record immunizations.

7. Record care coordination health notes.

8. Record special needs.

9. Record medical providers.

10. Verify health insurance.
