Expense Details

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of an expense record. This information may be used to determine a child's eligibility for certain benefits. If an expense record was entered in error, you can invalidate it from this screen. You cannot delete a financial profile record from the system.

Type	Select the type of expense.
Case Member	If you selected Child Care in the Type field, select the child who is receiving the care.
Financial Reference Number
Effective Month/Year	Enter the month and year the person became responsible for this expense.
From	Enter the date when the person started paying this expense.
To	Enter the date when the person stopped paying this expense.
Amount	Enter the amount of the expense.
Frequency	Select the frequency at which this expense is due.
Balance Owed	Enter the amount the person still owes on this expense, if any.
Description	Describe the expense.
Created In Error	Check this box if the record was created in error. The system will not use this record in eligibility calculations. An invalidated record cannot be updated. Clear the check mark to return the record to valid status.
Reason	Enter a reason for invalidating the record or returning it to valid status.
