Resource Address Information

On this screen you select or update the resource provider's address details. Only one type of address can be in effect at a time for the resource.

The primary address is the mailing address and the address printed on all documents. The primary address may not be deleted if it was entered in error. If the primary address is not correct, add the correct address and select the new address to be the primary address. Updates to the primary address are reflected on the address records of all household members.

Fields on this screen

Address Type	Select the type of address you selected for the resource. You can record multiple addresses for a resource, but only one address type may be in effect at a time. The previous address must be end-dated before a new address type can be recorded.
Primary	Select this check box if this is the provider's main address. This field is enabled for a home resource and the address type is Home. A provider may have only one primary address. If another address is selected as the primary address, the system automatically clears the previous one.
Begin Date	Type or select the date when this address is effective. You cannot enter a future date.
End Date	If this address is no longer current, enter an end date. You cannot enter a future date. The system automatically end-dates an address record if you record a new address of the same type.
