Add Resource Recording

The Add Resource Recording page allows you to add a new resource recording or update an existing resource recording. Resource recordings are not routed through the approval process. Instead, the "Recorded By" person (or their supervisor) must change the status to "Complete" as an indication of approval. After a resource recording status is changed to "Complete", the details cannot be changed. However, you can record an addendum to a completed resource recording or mark the recording "In Error".

Recording Detail Section
Recording ID	Resource Recording identification number.
Recorded By	Displays the worker who created this resource recording.
Recorded Date	Displays the date when the resource recording was added to the resource.
Activity Date	Enter the date when the activity occurred.
Activity Type	Select the activity type that represents the type of activity for the resource recording.
Participants
Add Participant	Click on the Add Participant button to search and select the participants associated with the resource recording.
Narrative Details
Narrative	Enter a description of the activity or contact.
Expand	Click on the Expand button to view an entire narrative and any addendum.
Spell Check	Click on the Spell Check button to check the spelling of the narrative. The spell check is only available when the resource recording is in "Draft" status.
Add Addendum	Click on the Add Addendum button to enter new information to a recording other than ‘Draft’ or ‘Created In Error’.
Status	After all required information has been entered, change the status to "Completed" by clicking on the down arrow and selecting "completed". The system defaults to "Draft" until you select "Completed."
All Other Sections
Apply	Click on the Apply button to save all the data and stay on the same page.
Save	Click on the Save button to save all the data.
Cancel	Click on the Cancel button to cancel without saving the data.
Mark In Error	Click on the Mark In Error button to change the resource recording status to ‘Created In Error’.
