Reference Details

On this screen you record the details for a reference for a resource home provider. References are necessary before the provider can be approved for certification. Each reference person must be a person identified in the system. Therefore you use the link person function to select or add a person.

Click Link Person to select a person as a reference. If the person is not in the system, you can record a new person profile for the reference person.

Fields on this screen

Reference Name	Enter the name of this reference and click Link Person to find this person in the system.
Reference For	Select the parent or the co-parent.
Reference Type	Select the type of reference as a relative or non-relative.
Date Received	Enter the date when the agency received this reference.
Assessment	Select the general nature of the reference, as negative or positive.
Location	Enter the address where you met the reference person to verify them as a reference.
Verification Comments	Enter any additional information about this reference.
