Merge Resources

On this screen you select two resource records that need to be merged into one record. The first record you select is the primary resource. The second resource is the record you want remove from the system and merge the data into the primary record.

Note

The merged resource record is not deleted from the system. The data remains in history and can be unmerged if necessary.      

After you select the two records, you can compare the data and the payment account details. You select one of the payment accounts as the correct account to be used in the resulting resource record. The selected payment account can be from the duplicate resource.

Click Search Resource to select the primary resource and the duplicate resource.

Click Merge to merge the duplicate resource record into the primary resource. The merge action will not take place immediately. The system will validate the data and perform the actual merge during a later batch process. Before the batch process occurs, you can cancel the merge action.
