Recruitment Event Information Page 1

This screen allows you to view, add, or update the details of a recruitment event. Recruitment events are held on behalf of an agency or provider to recruit potential foster or adoptive parents. Recording recruitment event activities can help support the Department's future recruitment planning. Information you enter about recruitment events may be used in statistical reports.

Event Coordinator	Select the coordinator for this event.
Event Type	Select the type of event.
Event Name	Enter a name for the event.
Begin Date	Enter the date on which the event is scheduled to begin.
End Date	Enter the date on which the event is scheduled to end.
Event Goal/Objectives	Describe what the agency hopes to achieve by holding this event.
Event Description	Describe how the event will be conducted.
Event Sponsors	List the organizations that are sponsoring this event.
Materials/Equipment Needs	Describe the materials or equipment that are needed for this event. You can enter up to 1000 characters.
