Disburse payments to vendors

After the roster is approved, you can disburse payments to the vendors via the accounting system.  

It is a good practice to run a payment report to verify the payroll before disbursement.

Follow these steps to disburse payments.

  1. From the Home screen, click Financial > Payment. The Process Payment Requests screen appears.

  2. Click Submit Rosters for Disbursement in the link menu. The Submit Rosters for Disbursement screen appears.

  3. Select the check box next to each roster you want to include in the disbursement file.

  4. Select the disbursement file name in the Select Disbursement field, or enter a new disbursement file name in the New Disbursement field.

  5. Click Save.

  6. Repeat steps 3 – 5 for each disbursement file.

  7. Click Disbursement Payment in the link menu. The Disbursement Payment Search screen appears.

  8. Select the Non-Disbursed Only option and click Filter Disbursement Name.

  9. Enter the disbursement file name from step 4 above and click Search. The rosters in the disbursement file appear in the results grid.

  10. In the Disburse Date box, enter the date for the disbursement.

  11. Click Fund/Disburse Payments. The system runs the disbursement batch process and generates the payments for the vendors.
