Record new grants or fund sources
Follow these steps to record new grants or fund sources.
From the Home screen, click the Financial tab. The Service Search Criteria screen appears.
Click Grants and Fund Sources in the link menu. The Grants and Fund Sources Search screen appears.
Use the search criteria filters to narrow your search.
Click Search. Search results appear at the bottom of the screen.
Click Add Grant/Fund Source. The Grants and Fund Source Details screen appears.
Click either the Fund or the Grant option.
Enter the information related to the grant or fund source. The following fields are required:
Flow Category
Fund Source / Grant Name
Activity ID
Click Save. The system returns to the Grants and Fund Sources screen.
