View fund allocations for budget ceilings

Follow these steps to view the current amount of funds used for the fund sources in a specific budget ceiling record.  

1. From the Home screen, click the Financial tab. The Service Search Criteria screen appears.

2. Click Budget Ceilings in the link menu. The Budget Ceilings screen appears.  

3. Enter search criteria to find existing service ceiling records and click Search. The matching service ceiling records appear in the results grid.

4. Click select for the record you want to view. The Budget Details screen appears for the record.

5. Click the Fund Allocation tab. This tab displays the fund sources for that budget and the used amount for each source.

6. Click Close to return to the Budget Ceilings screen.
