Change my password

While you are logged in to TFACTS, you can change your TFACTS password from the main Login page at any time, as follows:

1. Log off the system by clicking the log off header link and OK in the confirmation box. You are returned to the TFACTS Login screen.

2. Under Assistance, click the Change Password link. The Change Password screen appears.
   
   If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link and contact the DCS Helpdesk at the provided phone number.

3. Enter your TFACTS user ID in the Username field.

4. Enter the password you have been using in the Old Password field.

5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.

6. Enter your new password again in the Retype New Password field.

7. Click Save. You will use your new password the next time you log in to TFACTS.
   
   If you want to cancel the operation and not change your password, close the browser window.
