Reset my password

If you forget your TFACTS password, you must contact the DCS Help Desk for assistance.

If you know your password and just want to change it, see Change my password.

1. Go to the TFACTS Login screen.

2. If you have forgotten your password, click the Forgot Password? link.

3. Follow the instructions on the Forgot Password? screen.
