View screening decision maker remarks for a CPS intake

If the screening decision maker returns an intake to the worker for additional work, the intake appears in the worker's workload. The system clears the Intake Completed by Screener check box on the Basic tab when the intake is returned.

Review and act on these remarks as follows:

1. Display the intake workload.

2. Locate the intake record with the "Returned" status.

3. Click the remarks link in the Status column. The Intake Remarks screen appears.

4. Review the comments made by the screening decision maker.

5. Click Cancel. You are returned to the Basic Information screen.

6. Make any necessary updates to the intake record.

7. When you are finished, check the Intake Completed by Screener box on the Basic tab. The intake is sent to the intake workload of the screening decision maker.
