View a youth disciplinary report

Follow these steps to view a youth disciplinary report.

From the Home screen, click Administration > Disciplinary Reports. The Disciplinary Report Search screen appears.
Enter search criteria for the report you want to update.
Click Search. The matching results appear in the list.
Click select for the report record that you want to view. The Disciplinary Report screen appears. This screen has three sections for recording the report information.

The Basic section displays the facility where the youth is in custody and date the charge was made.
Click the Disciplinary Report Detail link to view details about the reporting staff member, youth name, and charges against the youth.
Click the Hearing / Disposition link to view details about the hearing, disposition of the charges, and any appeals the youth has filed.
Click Close. You are returned to the Disciplinary Report History screen.
