View an Individual Program Plan

Follow these steps to view an IPP Individual Program Plan for a youth.

1. On the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
   
   If you are not assigned to the case, search for the case and select the Workload tab.

2. Select the case you want to view. The Case Overview screen appears.

3. Click IPP Individual Program Plan in the link menu. The list of existing plans appears.  

4. In the IPP Individual Program Plan History area, click the select link for the plan you want to view. The IPP Individual Program Plan Details screen appears.

5. Review plan details by clicking the link names under Topic.

6. Click Cancel to return to the IPP Individual Program Plan History screen.
