Record personal characteristics
Process: Record a person profile
Person characteristics can help placement workers in the matching process.
Follow these steps to record self-reported characteristics or items that you observe.
Click the Characteristics tab. The Self Reported/Observed Characteristics screen appears.
To add a new item, click Add Characteristic. The Person Characteristics Details screen appears.
In the Characteristic Group field, select the general category of the characteristic item.
In the Characteristic field, select the specific item that identifies the person's trait.
In the Verification Method field, select the method of verifying this person's trait.
Enter the Reported Date.
Complete other fields as necessary to further identify and describe the characteristic.
Click Save. You are returned to the Person Profile screen.
Click Next Task> below to continue.
