View health care health notes

In a person's health profile, you can print care coordination notes for the person.

Follow these steps to print care coordination notes:

1. Click the search header link and display the person's health profile. The Person Overview screen appears.

2. Click the Health link. The Health Profile screen appears.

3. Click the Care Coordination tab. The Care Coordination Notes screen (PM05g-s01) appears.

4. Click select for the note record you want to view. The Care Coordination Note detail screen appears.

5. Click Close to return to the Care Coordination Notes screen.

6. Click Close to return to the Person Overview screen.
