View a person's health profile

A health profile includes information about a child's health care providers, medications, immunizations, medical history, treatments, and so on.

Find a health profile as follows:

Display the person profile for the child. The Person Overview screen appears.
Under Person Details, click the Health link. The Health Services tab appears. This screen displays the child's completed and pending health service records.

Click the select link to view the details of a particular record, then click Cancel to return to the Health Service History screen.
Click any tab in the profile. The summary screen for the profile appears. This screen displays the current records for that part of the profile, such as medications.
Click the select link for a record to view details for the record, then click Cancel to return to the summary screen.
Click Close to close the health profile for the person.
