View a child's educational profile

An education profile includes information about a child's school, performance, attendance, and any special educational needs Needs (formerly referred to as Concerns) are behaviors and risks displayed by the child or family. This should include the reasons for DCS involvement with the family/child..

Find an education profile as follows:

1. Display the person profile for the child. The Person Overview screen appears.

2. Under Person Details, click the Education link. The School Profile tab appears.
   
   Click the select link for a record to view details, then click Cancel to return to the tab.

3. Click the Performance tab. The School Records screen appears and displays the child's academic evaluations and any attendance issues.
   
   Click the select link for a record to view details, then click Cancel to return to the tab.

4. Click the Special Education tab. The Psycho/Education Information screen appears, displaying psychological/educational assessments or Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that have been recorded.
   
   Click the select link for a record to view details, then click Cancel to return to the tab.

5. Click Cancel to close the Educational Profile screen. You are returned to the Person Overview screen.
