Add a residential facility to a network provider

For existing network providers, you can add residential facilities at any time.  

Follow these steps to add a residential facility to a network provider.  

1. From the Home screen, click Resource > Directory. The Resource Search screen appears.

2. Enter criteria for the network provider you want to update. Click Search. The matching resources appear in the search results.

3. Click select for the network provider you want to update. The Residential Resource Information screen Basic tab appears.

4. Click the Resource List tab.

5. Click Add Residential Facility. The Residential Resource Information screen Basic tab appears.

6. Complete the details on the applicable tabs for the new residential facility.

7. On the Basic tab, click Activate. If all the required information has been recorded, this facility is activated in the system. Otherwise, a message informs you about the lack of proper information.

8. Click Save. You are returned to the Resource List tab.

9. Repeat steps 5 – 8 for another resource for this network provider.
