Record a network provider and residential facilities

A network provider contains one or more residential resources, or residential facilities. This process explains how to record a new network provider and one or more residential facilities for the provider.

Before you add a new network provider and associated facilities, you must search for the network provider. If the network provider is not in the search results, you can add a new provider.

Process Overview

Follow these steps to record a new residential resource or network provider.  

1. From the Home screen, click Resource > Directory. The Resource Search screen appears.

2. Enter criteria for the network provider you want to add. Click Search. The matching resources appear in the search results.

3. If the network provider is not in the system, click Add Network Provider. The Residential Resource Information screen Basic tab appears.

4. Complete these details in any order as you gather the information:

   • Record the name and C/OH/SA status.

   • Record address and contact information.

   • Record license and certification details.

   • Record capacity information.

   • Add residential facilities.

5. After all required details are complete, you can activate the network provider.

6. Click the Basic tab.

7. Click Activate. If all the required information has been recorded, you are returned to the Resource Search screen and this facility is activated in the system. Otherwise, a message informs you about the lack of proper information.
