Correct an activity log narrative
An activity log record that is in "Completed" status cannot be updated. However, you can record a new narrative to clarify the information originally recorded.
Correct an activity log narrative as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Resource tab. The Resource Home Workload screen appears.
Click select for the resource you want to update. The Resource Overview screen appears.
Click Activity Log in the link menu. The Activity Log screen appears.
If necessary, filter the list to find the record you want to correct.
Click select for the record you want to correct. The Activity Log Details screen appears.
Click Insert Correction. The Correction Details screen appears.
Enter the correct narrative in the New Correction field.
Click OK. You are returned to the Activity Log Details screen.
Click Save. You are returned to the Resource Overview screen.
