Record a non-DCS resource
Before you add a new non-DCS resource, you must search for the network provider. If the resource is not in the search results, you can add a new resource. See About resource information for more details about non-DCS resources.
Process Overview
Follow these steps to record a non-DCS resource.
From the Home screen, click Resource > Directory. The Resource Search screen appears.
Enter criteria for the resource you want to add. Click Search. The matching resources appear in the search results.
If the non-DCS resource is not in the system, click Add Non-DCS Resource. The Non-DCS Resource Information screen Basic tab appears.
Complete the following details in any order as you gather the information.
On the Basic tab, Address tab, or Members tab, click Save. The Resource Summary screen appears for the new resource.
