View a recruitment plan

Once each year, organizations submit their recruitment plan to the Department to describe their efforts to recruit qualified resource homes during the upcoming fiscal year. Your organization may use recruitment plans for specialized efforts, like finding homes for children who might be hard to place or adopt. Recruitment plans with type ”Other” are approved at the organization level and are not forwarded to the State for approval.

View a recruitment plan as follows:

From the Home screen, click Resources > Recruitment. The Recruitment Plans screen appears.
Enter the filter criteria. You can view all recruitment plans for an organization, or narrow your view to plans by type, date, and other criteria.
Click Filter. The recruitment plans that meet your criteria appear in the results list.
Click the select link next to the recruitment plan to see additional details about a plan. The Recruitment Plan Information screen appears.
To view the narrative for a topic, click the select link. The Plan Detail screen appears.
Click Close to returned to the Recruitment Plan Information screen.
Click Close to return to the Recruitment Plans screen.
