Generate a Quality Service Review sample

The system runs a batch process on a Quality Service Review (QSR) sample record to select child records as part of federal reviews. When the system runs the sample, the system randomly selects the specified number of children who meet the sample criteria to be reviewed. The system also selects additional sample children to be used for replacement if necessary.

You can view the results of the batch process on a QSR sample record.

Follow these steps to view the QSR sample results.  

1. From the Home screen, click Administration > Utilities. The RMS Basis Items screen appears.

2. Click QSR Sample in the link menu. The QSR Sample Search screen appears.

3. Enter search criteria and click Search. The matching sample records appear in the search results.

4. Click report to view the results of a sample record. The report appears in the standard report preview screen.

5. Click Close to return to the QSR Sample Search screen.
