Remove user groups from a worker's assignment
User groups are assigned to workers in order to give them access to functions in TFACTS. As necessary, you can remove user groups from a worker's assignment.
Follow these steps to remove one or more user groups from a worker's assignment.
From the Home screen, click Administration > Security. The User Search Criteria screen appears.
Click Assign User Groups in the link menu. The User Search screen appears.
Enter search criteria for the user group you want to delete. The matching users appear in the search results.
Click the select link for the user you want to update. The User Details screen appears. The currently assigned user groups appear in the User Groups table.
Check the box for each user group you want to remove.
Click Check All if you need to remove all user groups.
Click the Delete button.
In the confirmation message, click OK. The user groups are deleted.
Click Save. You are returned to the User Search screen.
