Link the permanency CFTM to an adoption case

Process: Search for and evaluate adoptive families

After one or more families have been selected for the adoption case, you link the child and family team meeting (CFTM CFTM stands for Child and Family Team Meeting. 1. Click Family Consideration Process in the link menu. The Family Consideration Process screen appears.

2. To add families being considered for one or children in the case, do the following:

   1. Click Add Placement Decision Information. The Children Concerning screen appears.

   2. Select the check box for each child for whom you want to record placement decision details.
