View the results of putative father search

Process: Record an adoption case

For a new adoption case, you indicate whether a search for the putative father was requested. If the search was requested, you view the results.

Follow these steps to view the results of putative father search.

1. From the Home screen, click Administration > Utilities. The RMS Basis Items screen appears.

2. Click Putative Father Request in the link menu. The Putative Father Request Search screen appears.

3. Enter search criteria and click Search. Matching request records appear in the results grid.

4. (Optional) Click select to view details of the initial request. Click Cancel to return to the search results.

5. Click response to view the response details for a record in "Responded" status. The Putative Fathers Search Results screen appears.

6. Click Cancel to return to the search results.

7. (Optional) Click report to generate a report and print the details of the request and response.

8. Click Next Task> below to continue.
