Add an Addendum to a Case Recording

Addendums are a means to add additional narrative details to a case recording when that recording is in “Completed” status. Multiple Addendums can be added to a case recording.

To add an Addendum to a completed case recording, click the ‘Add Addendum’ button on the Case Recording Details page. This will bring the Add Addendum window into focus where you can record your addendum Narrative.

Follow these steps.

  1. Navigate to the "Case Recording Detail" page of a completed case recording.
  2. Click the "Add Addendum" button.  The "Addendum Detail" page displays.
  3. Record your addendum in the "Addendum Narrative" section.
  4. Click “Save” to append the addendum to the existing narrative.   Click “Cancel” to cancel the addendum.  The "Case Recording Details" screen displays with the addendum listed in the "Narrative History" area.

Note: Case Recordings with Addendums are distinguished on the Case Recordings list page with an [A] displayed beside the Recording ID.
