Correct an existing placement record

If placement information has been entered incorrectly, you can correct the placement record by inserting corrections.

Follow these steps to correct an existing placement record.

  1. From the home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  2. Click the case ID number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  3. Click Placement in the link menu. The Placement Records screen appears. This screen displays any placements recorded for the children on this case.

  4. Click select for the desired placement record. The Placement Correction Insert screen appears.

  5. Make changes to the placement record and click OK. The Pre-Correction / Post-Correction screen appears.

  6. Review the pre- and post-correction information. Click Confirm Correction once you have confirmed that the information is correct. You are returned to the Placement Records screen.
