Delete a case service record
If a service record was recorded in error, you can delete the record if it is in "Needed" or "Planned" status.
You cannot delete a service record when:
The service record is attached to an approved work item, such as an assessment or permanency plan .
The service record is in "Provided" status. In that situation, you must end the service.
The service record is attached to a person who has been deactivated from the case.
If you assigned a service to a group of case participants, you must delete the service for each participant separately.
Delete a service record as follows:
From the Home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.
Click the ID number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.
Click Case Services in the link menu. The Case Services screen appears.
Click delete for the service record you want to delete.
In the confirmation message, click OK.
If the same service was assigned to a group of case participants, repeat steps 4 and 5 for each participant.
