Record a new placement correction

Follow these steps to record a new placement correction.

  1. From the home screen, click the Case tab. The Case Workload screen appears.

  2. Click the case ID number link of the case you want to update. The Case Overview screen appears.

  3. Click Placement in the link menu. The Placement Records screen appears. This screen displays any placements recorded for the children on this case.

  4. Click Insert Correction. The Placement Correction - Insert screen appears.

  5. Select the correct removal date range in the Custody Removal Period list.  

  6. Click Link Resource to select a different resource.

  7. Under Placement Information, complete the required fields:

    Service Type
      
    Service Description
      
    Placement Begin Date
      

  8. Complete other details for the placement correction as applicable.

  9. Click OK. The Placement Records screen appears
