Review or add case members
Process: Record a case profile
When the screening decision maker creates a case, he or she identifies the individuals who are participants in the case and the case reference person (CRP ). If necessary, you can change the CRP to a different member. If you do this, the case name and case address will be changed for the case.
Follow these steps to review and add case members.
Click the Members tab. The Member List screen appears. One of these participants has been identified as the CRP .
To change the CRP , click the select field next to the person's name.
To update the person's involvement in this case, click the select link. The Case Member Details screen appears. You can change the date of involvement or deactivate the person. Complete the fields as necessary and click OK.
If you deactivate a member, the system removes the person from the Member List screen.
To add a new case member, click Add Member to record a new person profile. After you save the new profile, the person record appears on the Member List screen.
To create a new address for the case based on a copy of the current case address, click Copy Address. Record the new address for the case.
Click the View Member History link to view the history of all member involvement in the case.
Click Apply.
