Assign Work Item

This screen displays the work items related to the case or resource item you selected on the Work Assignments screen. From here you can select one of your employees or another supervisor to assign the work items to. You can assign work items to workers or supervisors in your own organization or to another organization.

Click select to assign the work items to an employee and complete the assignment details.

Assign to My Employee	Select this option to assign the work items to an employee who reports to you.
Assign to Other Supervisor	Select this option to assign the work items to another supervisor.
Organization Category	Select the category for the organization.
Organization	Select the organization for the employees you want to display.
Team Type	Select the type of team for the employees you want to display.
