Organization Category

Select the category for the organization.

Available Counties

Displays the possible counties where this organization operates. Select one or more counties and click Add> to move those items to the Selected Counties box.

Selected Counties

Displays the counties where this organization operates. To remove any items, select the items and click <Remove.

Suspend Organization's Employees Access to TFACTS

Check this box to prevent employees at the organization from using TFACTS.

Inactivate Organization

Check this box to inactivate the organization. Uncheck the box to re-activate it at a later time, if necessary.
