Broadcast Message Search
This screen displays the broadcast messages stored in the system. From this screen you can view and update message details, record new messages, and delete messages.
A broadcast message conveys important information for system users. A message can be designated as critical if the message needs immediate attention. Broadcast messages are created by State or County system administrators and appear in the worker's TFACTS desktop.
Agency system administrators can view, edit, record and delete the messages of their own agency.
State system administrator can view messages for any agency. They can also record, edit, and delete only State messages.
