QSR Sample Search

On this screen you search for QSR sample records that have already been recorded in the system. You can view or update details for an existing record and generate a report of the sample data. If the record is not in the system, you can create a new QSR sample.

Click Add QSR Sample to record a new QSR sample.

QSR Name	Enter the name for the QSR records you want to find.
QSR Type	Select the type of QSR records you want to find.
Begin Date	Enter the date to find QSR records entered after the date.
End Date	Enter the date to find QSR records entered before the date.
