Court Information

This screen is used to add court information related to a court report for an adoption. Dates of various court actions may be recorded, as well as entering rule / docket number and the name of the attorney.

Date Petition Filed	Enter the date the petition was filed.
Date Received in County Office	Enter the date received in the county office.
Date order of Reference Entered	Enter the date the order of reference was entered.
Date order of Reference Received in County Office	Enter the date the order of reference received in county office.
Rule / Docket Number	Enter the rule / docket number.
Name of Attorney	Enter the name of the attorney for the case.
