If you selected Other in the previous field, describe the child's location.
Location Details
Enter the address or other information about the location you selected in the Location Type field. Any address you enter here is informational only; that is, it is not stored in the address database.
Phone
Enter the10-digit phone number at the child's location.
Duration Child Will Be at Current Location
Enter the length of time the child will be at this location, including the units, such as "10 days. "
Additional Comments
Enter any additional information about the child's custody.
