If you select Own Home, the system fills in the primary address on the alleged child victim's  profile.

If you select Unknown, the address fields are enabled.

Select the living arrangement of the alleged child victim at the time the alleged abuse or neglect occurred.

Enter the date when the abuse or neglect allegedly took place.

Time of Abuse/Neglect

Enter the time when the abuse or neglect allegedly took place.

Associated Reports and Additional Information

Enter any associated reports and other details about the allegation setting.
