Other Intake - Basic
On this screen you record basic information about an alleged incident that you receive. This screen is for intakes that do not involve Child Protective Services. The Other Intake Header will describe the Creator Name, Date & Time Created, Intake Status, Intake ID, Intake Name, and Intake Type.
The Basic Other Intake Information section will be completed by the person recording the intake. The following fields must be completed in order to save this intake: Intake Date/Time; Intake Method, Responsible Region, Responsible County, Narrative.
After the intake information is complete, you mark the intake as complete.
