Intake Work Assignment

On this screen, you can assign the selected intake to another worker in the system. This screen provides a way to select workers who are currently logged in to TFACTS or select on-call county workers and backup workers.

The system provides multiple ways to assign an intake, based on the part of the intake process that you need to complete. An intake can be assigned after initially recording an intake, when entering a decision, and when entering a reconsideration.

Fields on this screen

Assignment Type	Select a type of worker assignment. This selection controls whether you can choose a worker who is currently logged in or a worker who is on-call. If you select County Worker, the fields for selecting an on-call worker become enabled. Only Shift Leaders/Shift Supervisors can choose this option. If you select any other assignment type, you choose a currently logged in worker.
On-Call Schedule Type	Select the type of schedule for on-call workers.
Organization Category	Select the region of counties.
Organization	Select the organization in the region.
County	Select the county in the region.
Begin Date	Select the starting date of worker employment.
End Date	Select the end date of worker employment.
Include Backups	Check this box to include backup workers in the search results.
