Intake - Court
On this screen you record details for a court intake and add offense records that resulted in court action. The court liaison completes the initial intake documentation received from the court and referring parties, which could be law enforcement, courts, schools, parents, or other community members.
After the intake is complete, the court liaison links the new court intake to an existing case or creates a new case. Like other intakes, the case is assigned to a case manager.
A Residential Case Manager or Classification Worker at a YDC completes this screen for youth tried as an adult and placed in a YDC.
If the youth was tried as an adult and serving an adult sentence, the offense details must be completed. Click Add Offense to enter an offense record.
