Record an Other Intake

In order to save an Other intake record and obtain an intake ID number, you will need to complete the date and time the intake was received, the intake method, Responsible Region, Responsible County and the Intake Narrative as those are required fields. You have the option of completing the details for the intake at a later time, if necessary. Be sure to write the ID number down for reference, so you can easily find the intake later and complete it.

Other intakes do not require a distinction between reported and established persons.

If you are recording an intake for ICPC or ICJ, see Record an intake for ICPC/ICJ.
